Realtor Application

Real estate agents are required to accompany client/buyer on first visit, and to attend signing of contract with O’Donnell Homes. Signature of broker and O’Donnell Homes representative is required. If, prior to registration, client/buyer has established contact with O’Donnell Homes (multiple phone calls, email conversations or showing of the properties), O’Donnell Homes will not pay a Broker’s commission.
